I know, I know, I got this bad boy last week, but hey, I’m unboxing it now! I didn’t even open the Amazon box until right before the video; that’s how much I love you guys. If you haven’t seen this strategy guide yet, trust me, you won’t be prepared for how massive it is. It’s ridiculous.
And I love it.

The Mass Effect: Andromeda Collector’s Edition strategy guide arrived today, one week after the game’s release, but it is definitely worth the wait. I’m happy I bought it even though I didn’t enjoy the game very much. For starters, I love strategy guides (duh) and secondly, backpacks are cool. Can’t have too many backpacks. You can have too many purses, but too many backpacks? Please.
And thus I have it, and I am rather pleased with it. Super thankful for my Amazon Prime discount, though, because I don’t believe the Pathfinder Edition is entirely worth $130. Watch the video for yourself to see why!
And now it is time for me to roll a new character and play the way I WANT to play. I think I’m gonna like this strategy guide-only thing with video games.
Dishonored 2 released on a Friday, and this lovely strategy guide showed up over the weekend. Is it worth the extra cash for purchase? We crack it open and explore it a little bit and show what you can expect. I couldn’t give a definitive yay or nay on purchasing, but check it out for yourself and see if you find it to be worth the extra cash.
It really is stunning. Can’t wait to see how it helps this stealth-hater get through a stealth-ish playthrough.

Now that it’s here, why buy the Deus Ex: Mankind Divided Collector’s Edition strategy guide over the paperback? As you can tell from just the images and the cover of the video below, the hardcover is quite nice. So there is that for starters. But what else does it have?
