Testing, testing, 1 2 3, is this thing on?
Oh hai everyone! We just flat out disappeared, didn’t we? Many apologies about that. It’s been a wild ride this spring, and Chris and I are barely hanging on by our fingernails. The short version of it is that responsibilities often suck. If you want the long version, read on.
Chris is in the middle of moving. In fact, he has two houses now in two different states, so he has the joy of driving back and forth between them to fix them up. One he’s fixing up to properly live in, and the other is to sell. Absolutely no envy for him right now. He’s not even able to play any video games because his consoles are all packed up! It’s terrible. Just terrible.
As for me, I’ve been wrapped up in a couple of reviews that has gotten in the way of my second playthrough of Dragon Age Inquisition. I know, I know, that’s not playing a new game or working on the stacks of guides I have. It’s just been nice to play whatever I want. That is, it was nice before I agreed to take on reviews like a moron.
Also, because I’m a sucker as well, I’ve agreed to take a promotion over at PlayStation Lifestyle, where I am now the site’s Managing Editor. Yeah, I don’t know why I hate myself either.
Fortunately, we have Blake coming in to save the day with some actual strategy guide reviews! He’s been working on the strategy guide for Far Cry 5, and the God of War strategy guide is on its way to him now.
I’m looking forward to playing Far Cry 5 myself, but I must get through some of my stack first. I’ve been so good this year about not buying a single new game. I’m bound to break eventually, but I’m going to hold out for as long as I can.
