LEGO Marvel’s Avengers Handheld Strategy Guide Review

March 9, 2016 By Keri Honea Leave a Comment

As promised, I sat and reviewed Prima Games’ eGuide for LEGO Marvel’s Avengers, as this was the only way to find a strategy guide for the handheld version of the game. While I loathed the handheld version, something I state way too much in this video, the strategy guide for the most part did what it could to help players get through the ridiculous collectibles in the game. I don’t mean that the number was ridiculous; I mean the types of collectibles themselves were ridiculous.

Without further ado, I present my thoughts on the handheld portion of the LEGO Marvel’s Avengers eGuide.

Street Fighter V Strategy Guide Review

March 8, 2016 By Chris Nitz Leave a Comment

Street Fighter V strategy guide reviewUnlike my Fallout 4 strategy guide review, I was much faster at taking on the Street Fighter V strategy guide. You might have noticed on our Facebook page that I was pretty happy with how this guide was turning out. Well, that hype has not dwindled. Prima Games did a really nice job on this strategy guide. It’s seriously packed with a wealth of information that players of any skill level will appreciate. You can see the full review below!

The Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess HD Collector’s Edition Strategy Guide – Why Should I Buy?

March 7, 2016 By Keri Honea Leave a Comment

The Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess for the Wii U released last Friday, giving me hope that maybe I will indeed finish this game this time. And then the collector’s edition of the strategy guide appeared, which did make me squeal with delight. But why buy this collector’s edition when Twilight Princess has had other strategy guide collector’s editions? There are actually a few reasons, and only one of them is because of the different control scheme compared to the Wii.

I hope to have a full review rather soon, at least soon for The Legend of Zelda. These games area always long, but I always wanted to finish this one. Don’t point out I said the same for Wind Waker. Just don’t.

Fallout 4 Strategy Guide Review

March 2, 2016 By Chris Nitz 5 Comments

Fallout 4 strategy guide reviewI have finally done it! Yes, I actually sat down and recorded my Fallout 4 strategy guide review. Crazy I know. I know it’s only like a two months late, but hey, I had to adulting a lot! If ya want the too long; didn’t read synopsis, well, here it is. It’s a decent guide with some good information. Sadly, it’s marred by navigational issues. While I dug the abundance of screenshots, tables of information, and wealth of info provided, it did lack substantial information that would have made the experience better. It is a handy guide to have, I just wish it were better in some areas.

LEGO Marvel’s Avengers Strategy Guide Review

March 1, 2016 By Keri Honea Leave a Comment

LEGO Marvel's Avengers strategy guide reviewHooray for the first strategy guide review of the year! It’s just March…for a January strategy guide release…that’s not too bad.

And I’m digressing already. The LEGO Marvel’s Avengers strategy guide was by my side during my lengthy run through Manhattan, the SHIELD Helicarrier, and the numerous other Hub Worlds. Yes, I did obtain that Platinum trophy, but how much did the strategy guide help me do so? I explain the good and the bad below.
